Appointments are confirmed by SMS reminder 24 to 48 hours ahead of time through Hot Doc. Please Speak to one of our friendly reception staff if you would like to opt out of this service.

We kindly ask that you request a longer appointment if you have a complex health problem or need to discuss a number of issues with the doctor.

If more than one person from your family would like to see the doctor at the same time, please make a separate appointment for each family member.

Our doctors aim to see our patients in a timely manner.  However, sometimes we run late due to unexpected emergencies or difficult problems.

The Doctors at Restore Medical no longer accept script requests over the phone. All scripts will be done via Appointments.

We encourage patients to make an appointment before they run out of medication for repeat prescriptions. These consultations are important in order to review the medication and dosage – an important aspect of your treatment.

Restore medical and skin cancer centre patents can contact for afterhours help through our afterhours phone number 0411 601 804. The on call doctor will assist as soon as possible. If emergency please dial 000 to avoid any delay.

Communication with patients via electronic means (e.g. email) is accepted only in exceptional circumstances [For ex: where the health practioner instructs to send or receive email].

All Health professionals from Nursing homes, Aged care, Pharmacies etc. can send their correspondence through either by email or medical objects.
